  Geographical Coverage:
States of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsi

  Project Purpose:
To determine the most appropriate long-term approaches to address Region 5's environmental problems.

  Ranking Process:
The Technical Steering Committee coordinated the evaluation of the problems areas and constructed the initial risk rankings. These rankings were later finalized after review by several State Environmental Agency Directors.
